Know Your Emotions!

Sometimes emotions can be a tricky to navigate, often leaving us puzzled about what we're truly feeling- am I sad or angry? If I'm feeling sad- am I feeling lonely, abandoned, isolated? What’s really going on?

This is where the Feeling Wheel comes in as fun and helpful tool that helps you identify your emotions. By looking at the different feelings, you can understand what you’re going through. Whether you feel happy, sad, or something in between, this wheel encourages you to embrace and share your feelings. As you become more comfortable, you can slowly begin moving outwards into the finer intricacies.

Discovering your emotions is a key step in self-awareness, better communication, and emotional well-being!
